Socialways Creative Agency operates under a strict NO REFUND policy.

All payments made for our services, including deposits, milestone payments, and final payments, are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE. Once a payment has been processed, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

This Refund Policy ("Policy") governs all payment transactions and refund requests for services provided by Socialways Creative Agency ("we," "our," or "us"). This Policy applies to all clients, customers, and users of our services, including video production, short film creation, social media marketing, and creative advertising services.

By engaging our services or making any payment to Socialways Creative Agency, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Refund Policy. This Policy is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms and Conditions.

Strict No Refund Policy

Socialways Creative Agency maintains a strict NO REFUND policy for all services and payments. This policy applies to all types of payments, including but not limited to:

  • Initial Deposits: All deposits required to commence work are non-refundable, regardless of project status or completion
  • Milestone Payments: All milestone payments made during the course of a project are non-refundable
  • Final Payments: Final payments and balance payments are non-refundable
  • Full Project Payments: Any upfront or full project payments are non-refundable
  • Additional Services: Payments for additional services, revisions beyond included amounts, or extra features are non-refundable
  • Third-Party Costs: Payments made for third-party services, licenses, or materials on your behalf are non-refundable

Once a payment has been processed and received by Socialways Creative Agency, it becomes final and cannot be refunded, reversed, or credited under any circumstances.

Reasons for No Refund Policy

Our no-refund policy is in place for the following reasons:

  • Resource Allocation: Upon receiving payment, we immediately allocate resources, including creative professionals, equipment, and time, to your project
  • Custom Work: All our services involve custom, creative work tailored specifically to your needs, which cannot be resold or reused
  • Time Investment: Our team invests significant time in planning, production, and post-production work that cannot be recovered
  • Third-Party Commitments: Payments often cover commitments to third-party vendors, talent, and service providers
  • Business Operations: Refunds would disrupt our ability to maintain consistent service quality and business operations
  • Industry Standard: This policy aligns with standard practices in the creative services and production industry

Non-Refundable Scenarios

The following scenarios, among others, do NOT qualify for refunds:

  • Project Cancellation: If you cancel a project at any stage, all payments made are non-refundable
  • Change of Mind: If you change your mind about the project, services, or deliverables, payments are non-refundable
  • Dissatisfaction: If you are dissatisfied with the work, services, or deliverables, payments are non-refundable (we will work to address concerns through revisions as per your service agreement)
  • Delays: Delays in project completion, whether caused by us, you, or third parties, do not qualify for refunds
  • Non-Usage: If you choose not to use the deliverables, all payments remain non-refundable
  • Business Changes: Changes in your business circumstances, budget, or requirements do not qualify for refunds
  • Force Majeure: Events beyond our control (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.) do not qualify for refunds
  • Technical Issues: Technical issues, platform changes, or third-party service disruptions do not qualify for refunds
  • Approval Delays: Delays in providing approvals, feedback, or materials do not qualify for refunds
  • Scope Changes: Changes to project scope requested by you do not qualify for refunds of previous payments

Payment Terms

Given our no-refund policy, we encourage clients to:

  • Carefully review project proposals, service agreements, and deliverables before making payments
  • Ask questions and seek clarifications before committing to services
  • Ensure you have the budget and commitment to complete the project
  • Review our portfolio and past work to understand our capabilities and style
  • Communicate your requirements clearly during the initial consultation phase

All payment terms, schedules, and amounts will be clearly specified in your service agreement or proposal before any payment is requested.

Work Completion and Deliverables

While refunds are not available, we are committed to:

  • Completing Work: Completing all work as specified in your service agreement, even if payments are made in advance
  • Delivering Quality: Delivering high-quality work that meets the specifications outlined in your agreement
  • Revisions: Providing revisions as specified in your service agreement to ensure satisfaction
  • Communication: Maintaining open communication throughout the project to address concerns and make adjustments
  • Professional Standards: Adhering to professional standards and best practices in all our work

If you have concerns about work quality or deliverables, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to address concerns through revisions and adjustments as outlined in your service agreement, rather than through refunds.

Dispute Resolution

If you have concerns or disputes regarding our services:

  • Contact Us: Please contact us immediately to discuss your concerns. We are committed to resolving issues through communication and work adjustments
  • Revisions: We will work with you to make revisions and adjustments as specified in your service agreement
  • Mediation: If disputes cannot be resolved through direct communication, we may agree to mediation as a means of resolution
  • Legal Recourse: While refunds are not available, you retain the right to pursue legal recourse if you believe we have breached our service agreement

Please note that disputes or concerns do not qualify for refunds. We will work to resolve issues through other means, such as revisions, additional work, or service adjustments.

Client Acknowledgment

By making any payment to Socialways Creative Agency, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You have read, understood, and agree to this Refund Policy
  • You understand that all payments are final and non-refundable
  • You will not request, demand, or initiate chargebacks or payment reversals
  • You have reviewed our services, portfolio, and capabilities before making payment
  • You are committed to completing the project as outlined in your service agreement
  • You understand that concerns will be addressed through revisions and work adjustments, not refunds

Chargebacks and Payment Reversals

If you initiate a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute through your payment provider or bank:

  • We will provide evidence of this Refund Policy and your agreement to it
  • We will provide evidence of work completed or in progress
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately upon initiation of a chargeback
  • We reserve the right to pursue legal action to recover costs, fees, and damages
  • You will be responsible for all fees, costs, and legal expenses incurred in defending against improper chargebacks

Chargebacks initiated in violation of this Refund Policy are considered a breach of our Terms and Conditions and may result in legal action.

Changes to Refund Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. However, any changes to this Policy will not affect payments already made or projects already in progress. Changes will apply to new projects and payments made after the Policy is updated.

Material changes to this Policy will be communicated through our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Policy.
